Your rental will be checked and packed by us on the working day (except Saturday) before use. You can pick up your rental from 2 p.m. without prior arrangement. As a rule, we arrange a pick-up time by telephone, e-mail, or in person to ensure the best service.

Your ordered material will be packed by us the day before and will be ready for you immediately after your arrival. Together we will review your order. Our staff is always ready to assist if you have questions. Once everything fits, you sign the delivery note and proceed. We've prepared trolleys and a freight elevator for easy transport to your vehicle.

You can return the rented equipment on the last day of use during our business hours. Otherwise, please return it by 11:30 a.m. the next business day (excluding Saturday). Night and weekend returns are available upon request.

No problem. We are happy to check the availability of your desired items and then book them for you in our system.

If you're returning late, please inform us early. If it's a few hours and equipment isn't booked, we'll accept it. For returns causing project delays, an additional day rental and possible courier costs apply.

We charge only for shooting days. If you're traveling with the equipment, a half-day charge applies per travel day.

Production insurance is required for all rentals. If insured through us, a 5% insurance rate applies to the rental prices.
